Information SpaceTrash may process

SpaceTrash may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, command activity, game inventory, ship status, economy transactions, referral data, moderation flags, and technical logs required to operate and secure the game.

Discord account information

When Discord login is added to the website, SpaceTrash may receive the account information authorized by the player, such as Discord user ID, username, avatar, and server membership needed for requested dashboard functions.

Payments

Payments will be processed by third-party providers. SpaceTrash should store transaction identifiers, purchased items, fulfillment status, and the Discord account receiving the item. Full card numbers should not be stored by SpaceTrash.

Public leaderboards

Public rankings may display a player’s current Discord display name, active ship name, server name, and game score. Raw Discord user IDs are not published by the website. Players may opt out by requesting leaderboard privacy through the official support server; the bot data model also supports a leaderboardOptOut setting.

Use of information

Information may be used to operate the game, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, investigate errors, calculate leaderboards, provide support, and improve reliability.

Retention and deletion

Game and transaction records may be retained while an account remains active and as reasonably necessary for security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Players may request deletion through the official support server, subject to records that must be retained.
